學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介

北京工業(yè)大學(xué)創(chuàng)建于1960年，是一所以工為主，工、理、經(jīng)、管、文、法、藝術(shù)、教育相結(jié)合的多科性市屬重點(diǎn)大學(xué)。1981年成為國(guó)家教育部批準(zhǔn)的第一批碩士學(xué)位授予單位，1985年成為博士學(xué)位授予單位，1996年通過(guò)國(guó)家“211工程”預(yù)審，正式跨入國(guó)家二十一世紀(jì)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的百所大學(xué)的行列。2017年9月，學(xué)校正式進(jìn)入國(guó)家一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校行列。在2020年QS世界大學(xué)排行榜中，學(xué)校位居中國(guó)內(nèi)地第32名。

卓越人才	1. 在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域獲得較高學(xué)術(shù)成就、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ�、具有協(xié)助本學(xué)科趕超或保持國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平能力的優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。 2. 理工類一般不超過(guò)42周歲，人文社科或經(jīng)管類一般不超過(guò)45周歲。	聘任崗位：聘任為四級(jí)教授、博導(dǎo)，支持組建團(tuán)隊(duì)。 薪酬待遇：不低于60萬(wàn)元。 科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：提供科研啟動(dòng)和平臺(tái)建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)，理工類最高150萬(wàn)，人文社科或經(jīng)管類最高50萬(wàn)。 生活待遇：提供60平米左右周轉(zhuǎn)住房，協(xié)助解決子女入學(xué)等。
優(yōu)秀人才	1. 已取得突出成果的優(yōu)秀科研人員、博士后、博士（具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可咨詢）。 2. 理工類一般不超過(guò)35周歲，人文社科或經(jīng)管類一般不超過(guò)38周歲。	聘任崗位：聘任為校聘教授、博導(dǎo)。 薪酬待遇：不低于35萬(wàn)元。 科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：提供科研啟動(dòng)和平臺(tái)建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)，理工類最高100萬(wàn)，人文社科或經(jīng)管類最高30萬(wàn)。 生活待遇：提供50萬(wàn)住房津貼，協(xié)助解決子女入學(xué)等。

Creating a High-level Multi-tiered Discipline Structure with Distinctive Features and Cross Collaboration 

Guided by the major demands of Beijing’s economic and social development, and in light of its own characteristics and advantages, BJUT pursues the leapfrog development of its disciplines by placing a great emphasis on its world-class disciplinary cluster of Modern Urban Construction and Environmental Engineering, while strengthening painstakingly its core disciplines and supporting disciplines. Outstanding young scholars who have relatively high academic achievements, a great innovative potential, and the capability to promote or lead the relevant disciplines towards a world-class level. 2. Age limit of up to 42 years old for experts in science and engineering, and up to 45 years old for experts in humanities, social sciences, economics and management.	Position: Fourth-level Professor & Doctoral Supervisor (with support for team-building). Salary Package：No less than 600,000 RMB. Research Funds：Up to 1.5 million RMB for talents in science and engineering; up to 500,000 RMB for talents in humanities, social sciences, economics and management. Excellent Experts	1. Excellent researchers, post-doctors, and PhDs (specific standards upon inquiries). 2.
