一、招聘崗位及待遇

(一)講席教授

諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)、菲爾茲獎(jiǎng)、圖靈獎(jiǎng)等全球頂級(jí)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)獲得者;發(fā)達(dá)國家外籍院士;在海內(nèi)外享有崇高學(xué)術(shù)聲望和影響的大師級(jí)學(xué)者。年齡一般不超過65歲,一事一議。

(二)卓越人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任教授、副教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù),以及著名跨國公司研發(fā)部門負(fù)責(zé)人,年齡一般不超過55歲。

2.具體待遇

(1)崗位:特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

(2)薪酬:60-120萬元+有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),上不封頂。

(3)安家補(bǔ)貼:200-250萬元(不含國家、地方配套補(bǔ)貼)。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入住。

(4)學(xué)術(shù)啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi):人文社會(huì)科學(xué)50-100萬元,非實(shí)驗(yàn)理科100-200萬元,實(shí)驗(yàn)理、工、醫(yī)科300-500萬元?筛鶕(jù)需要另行提供大型儀器設(shè)備費(fèi)。

(三)杰出人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任副教授、助理教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)者,年齡一般不超過45歲(人文社科類可放寬至52歲)。

2.具體待遇

(1)崗位:特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

(2)薪酬:35-60萬元+有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),上不封頂。

(3)安家補(bǔ)貼:150-180萬(不含國家、地方配套補(bǔ)貼)。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入住。

(4)學(xué)術(shù)啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi):人文社會(huì)科學(xué)50萬元,非實(shí)驗(yàn)理科60-80萬元,實(shí)驗(yàn)理、工、醫(yī)科80-200萬元?筛鶕(jù)需要另行提供大型儀器設(shè)備費(fèi)。

(四)精英人才

1.基本條件

在海外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)任助理教授或相當(dāng)職務(wù)者,年齡一般不超過38歲(人文社科類可放寬至45歲)。

2.具體待遇

(1)崗位:特聘教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。

(2)薪酬:25-35萬元+有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),上不封頂。

(3)安家補(bǔ)貼:80-120萬元(不含國家、地方配套補(bǔ)貼)。提供全裝修的過渡性人才公寓,拎包入住。

(4)學(xué)術(shù)啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi):人文社會(huì)科學(xué)10萬元,非實(shí)驗(yàn)理科30-60萬元,實(shí)驗(yàn)理、工、醫(yī)科40-80萬元。可根據(jù)需要另行提供大型儀器設(shè)備費(fèi)。

(五)優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者

1.基本條件

海內(nèi)外高水平大學(xué)、研究機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)秀博士或博士后;在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域具有一定影響力,學(xué)術(shù)研究成果突出,有成為學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人的潛力。年齡一般不超過32歲(人文社科類可放寬至35歲)。

2.具體待遇

(1)崗位:副教授/講師

(2)薪酬:20-30萬元+有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),上不封頂。

(3)學(xué)術(shù)啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi):人文社科一般為10萬元、非實(shí)驗(yàn)性學(xué)科一般為20萬元、實(shí)驗(yàn)性學(xué)科一般為40萬元。

(4)提供必要的辦公條件和場所、過渡性住房。

(六)師資博士后

1.基本條件

符合學(xué)校當(dāng)年教師招聘計(jì)劃和條件,符合統(tǒng)招博士后招收條件,年齡一般不超過30歲(人文社科類可放寬至32歲),身心健康。

2.具體待遇

(1)基本年薪:20萬元+有關(guān)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),上不封頂。

(2)獎(jiǎng)補(bǔ)金:根據(jù)績效評(píng)估結(jié)果按年度發(fā)放?冃гu(píng)估優(yōu)秀者聘期內(nèi)獎(jiǎng)補(bǔ)金總額為40萬元,績效評(píng)估良好者聘期內(nèi)獎(jiǎng)補(bǔ)金總額為20萬元。

(3)其他支持:在站期間獲得國家博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃、博士后國際交流計(jì)劃引進(jìn)項(xiàng)目、博士后國際交流計(jì)劃派出項(xiàng)目、香江學(xué)者計(jì)劃、澳門青年學(xué)者計(jì)劃、中德博士后交流項(xiàng)目等項(xiàng)目資助的,所獲得的資助補(bǔ)貼不計(jì)入學(xué)校的總薪酬,疊加發(fā)放。

二、其他支持措施

(一)人才項(xiàng)目支持

1.優(yōu)先推薦申報(bào)江蘇省“雙創(chuàng)計(jì)劃”,對(duì)入選的雙創(chuàng)人才,三年內(nèi)省級(jí)財(cái)政給予總共500萬元、300萬元、100萬元或50萬元的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)資金資助;對(duì)入選的雙創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì),三年內(nèi)省級(jí)財(cái)政給予總共300-800萬元的人才經(jīng)費(fèi)資助;對(duì)入選的雙創(chuàng)博士,兩年內(nèi)省級(jí)財(cái)政給予總共15萬元的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)資金資助。

2.優(yōu)先推薦申報(bào)“江蘇特聘教授”,如入選,聘期三年內(nèi),省級(jí)財(cái)政給予每人每年12萬元的崗位津貼(免征個(gè)人所得稅),對(duì)自然科學(xué)類、人文社會(huì)科學(xué)類分別提供100萬元(特別優(yōu)秀的提供200萬元)、50萬元的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)。

3.優(yōu)先推薦申報(bào)蘇州市“姑蘇創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人才”(青年領(lǐng)軍人才),如入選,分別給予50萬、100萬、200萬的科技項(xiàng)目經(jīng)費(fèi)資助;符合條件的,可按照蘇州市“樂居工程”享受拔尖型人才的樂居政策。

(二)個(gè)人補(bǔ)貼支持

1.蘇州市“引才補(bǔ)貼”,按照相應(yīng)層次引進(jìn)的高端人才,蘇州市提供引才補(bǔ)貼,入選的人才根據(jù)不同類別最高可分別享受25萬、50萬、250萬。

2.蘇州市“樂居工程”,入選者可享受“樂居租房貼”、“樂居助力貸”。其中,最高可享受8000元/月的“樂居租房貼”;首次使用公積金住房貸款購買首套住房,“樂居助力貸”不受繳存時(shí)間限制,按繳存基數(shù)計(jì)算可貸額度,貸款額度可放寬至最高限額的4倍。

3.蘇州市“優(yōu)秀人才貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)”,貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不超過個(gè)人上年度年收入所形成的地方財(cái)力,且不超過其在蘇購買或租賃汽車、自住住房、辦公用房、參加專業(yè)領(lǐng)域培訓(xùn)及興辦企業(yè)等支出的總額。獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)總額歷年累計(jì)不超過100萬元/人。

4.還可申請(qǐng)?zhí)K州工業(yè)園區(qū)“金雞湖人才計(jì)劃”、“薪酬補(bǔ)貼”、獨(dú)墅湖科教創(chuàng)新區(qū)“高端人才集聚計(jì)劃”等區(qū)級(jí)人才計(jì)劃。

(三)其他支持

學(xué)校為特聘教授及以上人才提供充足的辦公實(shí)驗(yàn)室用房,支持招聘科研助手組建科研團(tuán)隊(duì),研究生招生指標(biāo)予以政策性傾斜;協(xié)助解決配偶工作及子女入學(xué),提供附屬醫(yī)院便捷就醫(yī)條件。為外籍教師按規(guī)定參加社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)或購買商業(yè)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。

Soochow University Global Recruiting Program

Soochow University was founded in 1900, the first to adopt modern university academic system in China. During the past 120 years, the university, now is one of the universities first listed in the “Project 211” and “2011 Plan”, a Double First-Class educational institution co-administered by the Ministry of Education and People's Government of Jiangsu Province, and a key comprehensive university of Jiangsu Province co-organized by the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and People's Government of Jiangsu Province.

Soochow University offers 132 undergraduate majors, 49 stations of first-tier disciplines awarding master’s degrees, 33 stations awarding professional master's degrees, 28 stations of first-tier disciplines awarding doctoral degrees, 1 station awarding professional doctoral degrees, 30 postdoctoral mobile stations, 1 state first-level discipline, 4 national key disciplines, 20 preponderant disciplines among institutions of higher learning and 9 key disciplines of “the 13th Five-Year Plan” in Jiangsu Province. Salary: 0.35-0.6 million RMB (excluding social insurance and housing fund paid by the University) + reward uncapped

Relocation allowance: 1.5-1.8 million RMB (including supporting local government policies)

Academic start-up funds:

*Humanities and social sciences 0.5 million RMB

*Non-experimental sciences 0.6 to 0.8 million RMB

*Experimental science, engineering and medical science 0.8 to 2 million RMB

*Additional fund for experimental equipment according to the needs

4)Title: Elite Talents

Qualification:

Assistant Professors or equivalent positions in overseas high-level universities and research institutions. Generally, under the age of 38 (up to 45 for Humanities and Social Studies)

Position: Distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor

Benefits:

Salary: 0.25 to 0.35 million RMB (excluding social insurance and housing fund paid by the University) + reward uncapped

Relocation allowance: 0.8-1.2 million RMB (including supporting local government policies)

Academic start-up funds:

*Humanities and social sciences 0.1 million RMB

*Non-experimental sciences 0.3 to 0.6 million RMB

*Experimental science, engineering and medical science 0.4 to 0.8 million RMB

5)Title: Excellent Young Scholars

Qualification:

Excellent doctoral or postdoctoral from domestic and overseas top universities or research institutions. Generally under the age of 32 (up to 35 for Humanities and Social Studies)

Salary: 0.2 to 0.3 million RMB (excluding social insurance and housing fund paid by the University) + reward uncapped

Academic start-up funds:

*Humanities and social sciences 0.1 million RMB

*Non-experimental sciences 0.2 million RMB

*Experimental science, engineering and medical science 0.4 million RMB

*Additional fund for experimental equipment according to the needs

Work and life treatment (For Distinguished Professors and above):

(1) Remuneration: With reference to the corresponding positions in the world's top universities, competitive remuneration and welfare benefits will be provided;

(2) Start-up Fund: Adequate research fund negotiable according to research demand;

(3) Group Development: A guaranteed number of doctoral students will be enrolled; sufficient office and laboratory space will be provided;

(4) Housing: Assistance will be given in solving housing problem with furnished interim apartment provided;
