01、項目定位

優(yōu)秀青年科學基金項目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進青年科學技術(shù)人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學術(shù)骨干，為科技強國建設貢獻力量。

02、申請者條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學道德，自覺踐行新時代科學家精神；

2.出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后；

3.具有博士學位；

4.研究方向主要為自然科學、醫(yī)學技術(shù)等；

5.在取得博士學位后至2025年4月15日前，一般應在海外高校、科研機構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機構(gòu)獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求；

6.取得同行專家認可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?

7.申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年；

8.申請截止日期為2025年4月15日。

03、加盟后支持政策

l 提供學校事業(yè)編制，聘為教授、博士生導師。

l 年收入80萬元+（基礎年收入+聘期人才津貼+附屬醫(yī)院互聘教授津貼），另可享受教學、科研獎勵性績效津貼（上不封頂）。

l 安家費和購房補貼400萬元（免稅），包括學校一次性補貼及國家、省、市提供的一次性補貼。

l 科研啟動經(jīng)費600萬元，包括學校一次性提供的科研經(jīng)費及國家配套的科研經(jīng)費。

l 研究生招生指標單列名額，博士后招收1-2人/年，可自主招收科研助理。

l 根據(jù)工作需要提供充足的辦公環(huán)境和實驗場地。

l 免費提供人才公寓住房。

l 協(xié)助解決子女入學和配偶工作，子女可就讀江蘇省優(yōu)質(zhì)幼兒園-南醫(yī)大附屬幼兒園。

l 享受學校附屬醫(yī)院提供的三級甲等醫(yī)院就醫(yī)綠色通道及全方位醫(yī)療保健服務。

l 發(fā)放“紫金山英才卡”，可享受機場高鐵貴賓、家政服務、地鐵通勤、文旅景點等公共服務。

l 對于依托我校申報且進入會評階段的優(yōu)秀人才，可按照教授級別待遇優(yōu)先引進，具體情況“一人一議”。

二、學校簡介Introduction to NMU

南京醫(yī)科大學是國家“雙一流”建設高校，首批教育部、國家衛(wèi)生健康委與江蘇省人民政府共建醫(yī)學院校，江蘇高水平大學建設高峰計劃A類建設高校。學校創(chuàng)建于1934年，目前設有19個學院，擁有附屬醫(yī)院、區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心、教學醫(yī)院、附屬疾控中心等豐富的臨床和公共衛(wèi)生教學資源。

Nanjing Medical University is one of the "Double First-class" universities in China.It is one of the first medical universities jointly built by the Ministry of Education, the National Health Commission and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.It is also one of the first-class universities in Jiangsu High-level University Construction Peak Plan.Founded in 1934, the university now has 19 schools, comprising abundant clinical and public health teaching resources such as affiliated hospitals, regional medical centers, teaching hospitals and affiliated Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

學校現(xiàn)有一級學科博士學位授權(quán)點7個、二級學科博士學位授權(quán)點54個、交叉學科博士學位授權(quán)點6個、專業(yè)博士學位授權(quán)點6個；一級學科碩士學位授權(quán)點10個、二級學科碩士學位授權(quán)點65個；博士后科研流動站6個，學位授權(quán)點覆蓋醫(yī)學、理學、工學、管理學、法學、教育學和文學7個學科門類；擁有國家重點學科3個、國家重點（培育）學科1個、國家臨床重點專科37個、江蘇高校優(yōu)勢學科（四期）6個。在新一輪全國學科評估中整體實力穩(wěn)中有進。14個學科位列ESI全球排名前1%，其中，臨床醫(yī)學、藥理學與毒理學、分子生物學與遺傳學學科位列ESI全球排名前1‰。

There are 7 doctor’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 54 doctor’s degree programs in second-level disciplines, 6 interdisciplinary doctoral programs, 6 professional doctoral programs; 10 master’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 65 master’s degree programs in second-level disciplines; There are 6 post-doctoral research stations, it offers degrees in 7 disciplines, including medicine, science, engineering, management, law, education and literature.The are 3 national key disciplines, 1 national key (nurturing) discipline, 37 national clinical key specialties, and 6 advantageous disciplines recognized among Jiangsu universities (fourth phase).In the latest round of national discipline evaluation, all the disciplines have steady progress.Fourteen disciplines are among the top 1% in ESI global ranking, among which clinical medicine, pharmacology and toxicology, Molecular Biology and Genetics are among the top 1‰ in ESI global ranking.

學校建有生殖醫(yī)學與子代健康全國重點實驗室、環(huán)境與人類健康國際聯(lián)合研究中心、腫瘤個體化醫(yī)學省部共建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心等50個國家級、省部級重點實驗室（工程研究中心、創(chuàng)新中心）。擁有國內(nèi)一流的醫(yī)學模擬教育中心和江蘇省醫(yī)藥動物實驗基地，建有省內(nèi)唯一的省級衛(wèi)生政策智庫-江蘇省健康研究院。

The university has 50 national, provincial and ministerial key laboratories (engineering research center and innovation center) such as the State Key Laboratory of Reproductive Medicine and Offspring Health, the International Joint Research Center for Environment and Human Health and the Provincial and Ministerial Collaborative Innovation Center for Personalized Cancer Medicine.There is a first-class Medical Simulation Center and Jiangsu Animal Experimental Center of Medical & Pharmaceutical Research.It also has the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Health, which is the only provincial health policy think tank in Jiangsu province.

學校建有江寧校區(qū)、五臺校區(qū)和常州校區(qū)（籌）。江寧校區(qū)位于南京市江寧區(qū)大學城，占地面積1300畝，是行政、教學和科研中心。五臺校區(qū)位于南京市鼓樓區(qū)五臺山南麓，占地120畝，是臨床教學和研究中心。

The university has Jiangning campus, Wutai Campus and Changzhou campus (preparatory).Jiangning Campus is located in University Town, Jiangning District, Nanjing, covering an area of 1300 mu, and is a comprehensive center of administration, teaching and research.Wutai Campus, located at the southern foot of Wutai Mountain, Gulou District, Nanjing, covers an area of 120 mu and is a clinical teaching and research center. 

常州校區(qū)由南京醫(yī)科大學與常州市人民政府共建，校址位于常州市武進區(qū)西太湖蘇澳合作園區(qū)內(nèi)，規(guī)劃總占地1000畝。常州校區(qū)是南京醫(yī)科大學主體校區(qū)之一，實行與校本部一體化辦學模式，是學校深化“新醫(yī)科”復合型人才培養(yǎng)和構(gòu)筑未來醫(yī)學科研高地的重要陣地。校區(qū)內(nèi)將建成醫(yī)工結(jié)合研究院、轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學研究院、細胞與基因藥物制備中心、醫(yī)學大數(shù)據(jù)中心、臨床生物樣本庫中心、醫(yī)學研究公共服務平臺等高水平創(chuàng)新載體。

Changzhou campus is jointly built by Nanjing Medical University and Changzhou Municipal People's Government.The campus is located in the West the Taihu Lake Su'ao Cooperation Park, Wujin District, Changzhou City, with a planned total area of 1000 mu.Changzhou Campus is one of the main campuses of Nanjing Medical University, implementing an integrated education model with the main campus.It is an important battlefield for the school to deepen the cultivation of "new medicine" composite talents and build a future medical research highland. High level innovation carriers such as the Medical Engineering Integration Research Institute, Translational Medicine Research Institute, Cell and Gene Drug Preparation Center, Medical Big Data Center, Clinical Biological Sample Bank Center, and Medical Research Public Service Platform will be built on the campus.
