中國科學院城市環(huán)境研究所是目前國際唯一的專門從事城市環(huán)境綜合研究的國立研究機構,位于美麗的南方海濱城市——廈門市。研究所目前擁有“環(huán)境科學與工程”和“生態(tài)學”專業(yè)一級學科博士、碩士學位授予點,以及“環(huán)境科學與工程”和“生態(tài)學”2個博士后科研流動站。

因科研需要,城市生態(tài)過程與調控研究組(研究組長崔勝輝)計劃招聘特別研究助理或博士后1~2名。

一、應聘要求

1.獲得生態(tài)學、環(huán)境科學、地理學等相關專業(yè)博士學位,在國際知名學術期刊以第一作者發(fā)表過2篇以上SCI論文;

2.接受過系統(tǒng)的科研訓練,能夠獨立承擔科研任務,具有較強的中英文聽說與寫作能力,掌握研究方向的國際最新進展;

3.身體健康、熱愛科研、事業(yè)心強、踏實勤奮,具有較大發(fā)展?jié)摿、較好的創(chuàng)新研究成果、良好的團隊協(xié)作精神;

4.恪守科研道德和學術規(guī)范,學風正派、愛崗敬業(yè)、誠實守信。

三、崗位職責

1.開展獨立和協(xié)作研究,在研究組數(shù)據(jù)庫基礎上完成工作并投稿到主流學術期刊;

2.參與申報和完成國家自然科學基金等各類科研項目;

3.參與研究組管理、指導研究生。

四、薪酬待遇

1.工資及福利待遇按中國科學院崗位管理和國家規(guī)定執(zhí)行,納入特別研究助理崗位管理的在站全職博士后,待遇參照研究所《博士后工作管理辦法》,其中精英博士后年薪不低于24萬元。

2.當年入職的博士后可申請當年度“中國科學院特別研究助理資助項目”,項目獲得者可獲中國科學院60萬元資助。

3.獲博新計劃等項目者可疊加享受相關項目津貼。

4.博士后出站留廈人員或世界最新排名前200名大學博士后留廈工作,可額外申請廈門市30萬元安家補貼;積極協(xié)助申請享受地方人才政策,符合條件且成功入選人才,獲得各類補貼最多可達180萬元。

5.提供周轉住房或提供租房補貼,協(xié)助子女入學入托等。

六、研究組長簡介

崔勝輝,中國科學院城市環(huán)境研究所二級研究員,福建省科技創(chuàng)新領軍人才,福建省省級高層次A類人才,廈門市城市代謝重點實驗室主任,長期在城市生態(tài)過程與調控領域開展研究。先后在PNAS,NatureFood等重要期刊上發(fā)表論文200多篇,論文總被引近萬次,單篇被引用最高648次。承擔國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、國家基金重點項目以及中科院重點部署項目及課題等40多項。擔任中國環(huán)境科學學會環(huán)境地學分會副秘書長以及多個國際學術期刊的編委。
